This is a rooftop parking area. The principals apply to flat roofing. Steel Grip M1000 dry-pack is first used to maintain proper elevations for drainage.
Once you have the drainage moulds completed with the dry-pack the M1000 concrete mix is placed and screeded as seen here.
After the concrete has dried, a fiberous matte is applied with a coating of terpolymer rubber on top of the matting.
This is also made to be a non-skid surface by applying sand or some other recycled material.
This parkcade was then given a coating of Steel Grips Supercoat and the parking lanes were marked out. This parking area is now unsusceptible to gasoline and oil leaks. Work Time 4 Days.
