Definitions: 

Distributors are tradesmen who have entered
	into an agreement with Steel Grip.
Shareholders are 
	a) financial investors
	b) Building Supply outlets.
	c) Distributors

- Everyone will be referred to as Shareholders -

Shareholders will become private company shareholders 
	and share in profits. With 70 % of profits paid to 
	shareholders. Shareholders will own 49% of the comany
	Shareholders remuneration from profits will be based
	on the investment percentage to profit.
	Distributors already in place will be utilized for 
	sales, service, training, and demonstrations whereever
	needed. Present distributors are to purchase products 
	through building supply outlets at retail cost.
